Our Programs

Youth Employment

Several high school youth work in the summer and school year programs at Banyan, assuming responsibility for assisting and running several programs.  Youth employment helps the youth learn what it takes to run community programs, helping them to build skills in program planning, leadership in the community, and establishing relationships with youth and families.
