The Banyan is rooted in East Phillips… we are intentional about our geographic boundaries of the East Phillips Neighborhood in South Minneapolis....and we work with families and youth in our boundaries….

…rising up to develop youth and strengthen families… Banyan uses programs to support the relationships that we have in the community. Programs are used as intentional ways of building skills, breaking down isolation, and creating a strong asset base for youth and families to build upon; creating new paths of success

…reaching out to create community.
Bottom line…long term success depends upon a community that will support youth and healthy families. We are seeking to create that type of supportive community right here in our neighborhood of East Phillips.
