The theme of the 2014 Business Leaders Breakfast was partnering to build bridges for 1st generation business leaders, the future of the work force. Banyan was packed with business leaders and Banyan youth and community members as Tom Horner talked about ‘Moving Public Policy from the Capitol to the Neighborhood’. Jason, a Banyan youth and DeLaSalle class of ’14 graduate (with high honors) shared his story – the ‘new norm’ in the Phillips neighborhood, thanks to Banyan Community.

If you were able to attend – thank you! Without you being there to hear the messages we couldn’t continue moving forward. Joani Essenburg challenged you to share the story of the good work happening in the Phillips neighborhood through Banyan Community with 5 friends. Have you met the challenge?

If you were not able to attend – we put together a short video that captures the highlights from the breakfast. Please take 4 minutes to watch and be inspired by the amazing transformation happening at Banyan Community
